Our Story:
Integrated Bodywork Therapy (IBT) is a holistic healing center dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being. Combining advanced therapeutic modalities with a personalized approach, we address the root causes of pain and dysfunction, helping clients overcome chronic pain, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. At IBT, healing begins with understanding the body as a whole system, fostering a journey toward lasting wellness and vitality.
Integrated Bodywork Therapy (IBT) began its journey in 2019 with a simple yet profound vision: to help people live life to the fullest—free from pain, medication, and surgery—by achieving optimal health. In a world where rising illnesses have become the norm, we believe that reviving the body’s natural healing mechanisms enables it to self-protect and thrive without relying on external substances.
At IBT, we aspire to create meaningful and lasting impacts on the lives of those we serve.
Healing begins with understanding—empower your body, restore balance, and thrive naturally.

Osteopathic Manipulation
Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy is a modality that can potentially help in decreasing the intensity of pain and improves the musculoskeletal functions, neuromuscular and biomechanical balance (body posture dynamics). This technique is generally integrated with other forms of modality to fit the patients’ needs and enhance the treatment, allowing the body to self-heal and self-regulate.
CranioSacral Therapy
Craniosacral (CST) is a non-invasive & soft approach that practices gentle manipulation on the head, neck and back to alleviate stress and discomfort due to compressions. This helps with the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid in our central nervous system which assist in the removal of any hindrance. CST can complement our overall body and mind health. CST benefit any individual from infants to elderly with injuries, severe trauma, physical and emotional issues.
The EMMETT Technique
EMMETT Technique (ET) is a muscle release therapy which involves light-finger exertion to precise points which is known as the “EMMETT points”. It is a quick, efficient & effective technique which can result in an instant physical change through activation of mechanoreceptors to recalibrate. ET may assist with relieving discomfort, improving range of motion, fluid retention and improving quality of life.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a light, skin-stretching strokes that directs on the lymph vessels to aid in the flow of lymphatic fluid from the unconcerned to the concerned area, allowing fluid to flow out of the congested zone. This technique can help those with swelling tissues and scars, migraines, sinus, etc.
Corrective Exercise
Corrective Exercise allow us to address movement dysfunctions by identifying it through an assessment which is generally caused by overcompensation of a muscle group. With the right exercise, it helps an individual to perform daily tasks or exercise to their optimal performance and reduce the chances of getting injured.
